Dual-Sided SPD®-Compatible Pedals:

All our home Spinner® bikes, including the Blade ION, come equipped with dual-sided SPD®-compatible pedals. You can ride with athletic shoes or sneakers using the adjustable toe cages and straps or clip in with your SPD® cleats. We recommend starting with SPD® cleats for an efficient, powerful, and safe ride by optimizing your pedal stroke, reducing foot fatigue, and enhancing safety and support.

Genuine Road Bike Ride Geometry:
