The Blade's commercial-grade saddle features racing-style road bike geometry with a sleek silhouette that promotes freedom of movement. The saddle's low profile and performance cushioning are perfect for frequent riders, allowing full range of motion and helping prevent chafing.

Dual-Sided SPD®-Compatible Pedals

All our home Spinner® bikes, including the Blade, come equipped with dual-sided SPD®-compatible pedals. You can ride with athletic shoes or sneakers using the adjustable toe cages and straps. Alternatively, flip the pedal and clip in with your SPD® cleats. We recommend starting with SPD® cleats as experienced cyclists; they provide the most efficient, powerful, and safe ride by optimizing your pedal stroke, reducing foot fatigue, and enhancing safety and support during your ride.

Genuine Road Bike Ride Geometry

The Blade's Q Factor mirrors that of a road bike, promoting greater efficiency and reducing the risk of injury. It maintains a Q Factor consistent with outdoor road bikes, optimizing biomechanics and alignment through the hips, knees, and ankles.

Transportability

Front-end wheels simplify moving your bike to your preferred workout spot and storing it away after your ride. Wherever you choose to place it, adjustable leveler feet ensure the bike remains stable, even on uneven floors you may not have realized were uneven.

Powered by You!

Our content is delivered through your mobile device and connects to your sensors, such as a heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, and/or power crank. This eliminates the need for the bike to be near a power source or plugged in.

Customize your Ride

We've created one of the most flexible indoor cycling experiences on the market. The integrated tablet mount on the Blade accommodates tablets with up to a 9" span (or up to a 12.9" tablet). Its sturdy design is built to withstand your most intense rides, ensuring your screen remains secure as you increase resistance and power through your workout. If you prefer using your phone for content, metrics, or staying connected during your ride, the flat center section offers a secure spot for your phone, safely out of the "sweat zone."

You have the freedom to choose your content, sensors, and device, whether it's a tablet, phone, or TV. Your Blade can be used independently of power or software, allowing you to ride with your preferred content or media. While we offer a complimentary subscription with your home bike purchase (and we're confident you'll love Spinning® Digital), you don't need a subscription or membership to use the bike. It's your ride, your way!

Spinning® Connect™ Armband Heart Rate Monitor

This armband heart rate monitor uses optical heart rate technology for accurate heart rate monitoring. It features a breathable armband that comfortably fits all body types. The monitor connects with the Spinning® Connect™ App, the Spinner Chrono®, SPINPower® Studio Computer, and the Spinning® Studio Computer. The rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of workout time on a single charge, and a magnetic lock charging cable is included.
